Повернення та відшкодування коштів

Ми виготовляємо кожен виріб із точністю та увагою до деталей, забезпечуючи найвищу якість на кожному етапі. Якщо ваше замовлення не відповідає очікуванням або узгодженим параметрам — ми вирішимо це питання індивідуально.

Ця Політика є невід'ємною частиною Умов надання послуг ФОП Кісільчук Віталій Ігорович та регулюється Законом України «Про захист прав споживачів», Цивільним кодексом України.

1.Повернення аксесуарів (краватки, хустки, ремені тощо)

1.1.Якщо придбаний аксесуар вас не задовольнив, зверніться до нас протягом 30 днів з моменту отримання товару:
1.2.Ми розглянемо ваш запит та запропонуємо на вибір:
1.2.1.повне відшкодування вартості товару, включаючи витрати на зворотне пересилання; або
1.2.2.заміну товару на аналогічний без додаткової оплати.
1.2.3.Умови для повернення:
1.3.Після отримання повернутого товару ми проведемо його перевірку протягом 10 робочих днів. У разі позитивного рішення — кошти буде повернуто тим самим способом, яким здійснювалась оплата.

Примітка: відповідно до ст. 9 Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів» та Переліку КМУ № 172, окремі категорії товарів поверненню не підлягають. Якщо це стосується конкретного аксесуара — ми повідомимо вас заздалегідь при оформленні замовлення.

2.Вироби індивідуального пошиття (Bespoke)

2.1.Вироби, виготовлені за індивідуальним замовленням (за вашими мірками, ескізом або іншими індивідуально визначеними параметрами), поверненню та обміну не підлягають, якщо вони відповідають погодженому замовленню і є належної якості.
2.2.Тканини, відрізані під розміри вашого замовлення, також не підлягають поверненню з тих самих підстав.

3.Дефекти або невідповідність замовленню

3.1.Якщо виготовлений виріб має дефекти або не відповідає погодженим параметрам замовлення (матеріал, конструкція, оздоблення, мірки), ви маєте право звернутися до нас протягом 14 днів з моменту отримання виробу.
3.2.Для подання претензії:
3.3.Ми розглянемо претензію та залежно від характеру недоліку запропонуємо одне з таких рішень:
3.3.1.безоплатні виправлення або переробка виробу;
3.3.2.повний перепошив за наш рахунок — у разі істотних недоліків;
3.3.3.відшкодування вартості замовлення — якщо усунення недоліків є неможливим або недоцільним.
3.4.Ми не несемо відповідальності за невідповідності, що виникли внаслідок надання клієнтом недостовірних мірок або неточного технічного завдання, підтвердженого клієнтом у письмовій (електронній) формі.

4.Допуск на підгонку (Alterations allowance)

4.1.Ми надаємо обмежений допуск на дрібну підгонку готового виробу. Якщо після отримання виробу виявляється потреба у незначних виправленнях (наприклад, через зміну ваги або індивідуальні особливості фігури, не відображені в мірках), наша команда розгляне ситуацію і повідомить про застосовний допуск на підгонку.
4.2.Компенсація витрат на підгонку у стороннього кравця можлива у формі знижки на наступне замовлення за умови надання дійсної квитанції від майстра. Рішення про компенсацію приймається в кожному конкретному випадку індивідуально.
4.3.ФОП Кісільчук Віталій Ігорович залишає за собою право обмежити або відмовити у застосуванні цієї умови у разі зловживання нею.

5.Товари та послуги, що не підлягають відшкодуванню

5.1.Відшкодуванню не підлягають:
5.1.1.подарункові сертифікати — за своєю природою є безповоротними; якщо ви незадоволені отриманим подарунковим сертифікатом, зверніться до нас — ми розглянемо ситуацію індивідуально;
5.1.2.послуги персонального стилю та консультації — після їх надання не підлягають поверненню; якщо ви незадоволені якістю наданої послуги, будь ласка, повідомте нас — ваш відгук є важливим для нас.

6.Скасування замовлення та повернення передоплати

6.1.Оскільки передоплата становить 100% вартості замовлення, порядок її повернення при скасуванні є таким:
6.1.1.До початку виготовлення (до закупівлі матеріалів): повне повернення передоплати протягом 5 робочих днів з моменту підтвердження скасування.
6.1.2.Після закупівлі матеріалів, але до початку пошиття: повернення передоплати за вирахуванням вартості придбаних матеріалів, що були закуплені виключно під ваше замовлення. Ми надаємо підтверджуючі документи (квитанції на матеріали).
6.1.3.Після початку пошиття: повернення передоплати за вирахуванням вартості матеріалів та виконаної роботи на момент скасування. Конкретна сума узгоджується з вами індивідуально з наданням розрахунку витрат.
6.1.4.Після завершення виготовлення: повернення коштів не здійснюється, якщо виріб відповідає погодженому замовленню і є належної якості. У разі дефектів — застосовуються умови розділу 3 цієї Політики.

7.Порядок повернення коштів

7.1.Після прийняття рішення про відшкодування кошти повертаються:
7.2.Строк повернення коштів: до 10 робочих днів з моменту прийняття рішення про відшкодування.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We make every garment with precision and attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality at every stage. If your order does not meet your expectations or the agreed parameters — we will resolve the matter individually.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of Individual Entrepreneur Vitalii Kisilchuk and is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.Return of accessories (ties, pocket squares, belts, etc.)

1.1.If a purchased accessory has not satisfied you, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item:
1.2.We will consider your request and offer you a choice of:
1.2.1.a full refund of the value of the item, including the cost of return postage; or
1.2.2.replacement of the item with an equivalent one at no additional charge.
1.2.3.Conditions for return:
1.3.Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it within 10 business days. If the decision is positive — the funds will be refunded by the same method used for payment.

Please note: under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the List approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, certain categories of goods are not subject to return. If this applies to a particular accessory — we will inform you in advance when the order is placed.

2.Bespoke garments

2.1.Garments made to individual order (to your measurements, sketch or other individually determined parameters) are not subject to return or exchange, provided that they conform to the agreed order and are of proper quality.
2.2.Fabrics cut to the dimensions of your order are likewise not subject to return on the same grounds.

3.Defects or non-conformity with the order

3.1.If the garment made has defects or does not conform to the agreed parameters of the order (material, construction, finishing, measurements), you have the right to contact us within 14 days of receiving the garment.
3.2.To submit a claim:
3.3.We will consider the claim and, depending on the nature of the defect, offer one of the following solutions:
3.3.1.free corrections or reworking of the garment;
3.3.2.a complete remake at our expense — in the case of material defects;
3.3.3.a refund of the value of the order — if remedying the defects is impossible or impractical.
3.4.We are not responsible for non-conformities arising from the client providing inaccurate measurements or an inaccurate technical specification confirmed by the client in written (electronic) form.

4.Alterations allowance

4.1.We provide a limited allowance for minor alterations to the finished garment. If, after receiving the garment, a need for minor corrections becomes apparent (for example, due to a change in weight or individual features of the figure not reflected in the measurements), our team will review the situation and inform you of the applicable alterations allowance.
4.2.Compensation for the cost of alterations by an outside tailor is possible in the form of a discount on your next order, subject to the provision of a valid receipt from the tailor. The decision on compensation is taken individually in each particular case.
4.3.Individual Entrepreneur Vitalii Kisilchuk reserves the right to limit or refuse the application of this provision in the event of its abuse.

5.Goods and services not subject to refund

5.1.The following are not subject to refund:
5.1.1.gift certificates — by their nature they are non-refundable; if you are dissatisfied with a gift certificate you have received, please contact us — we will review the situation individually;
5.1.2.personal styling services and consultations — once rendered, they are not subject to refund; if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, please let us know — your feedback matters to us.

6.Cancellation of an order and refund of the advance payment

6.1.As the advance payment amounts to 100% of the value of the order, the procedure for its refund upon cancellation is as follows:
6.1.1.Before production begins (before the purchase of materials): a full refund of the advance payment within 5 business days of confirmation of the cancellation.
6.1.2.After the purchase of materials but before tailoring begins: a refund of the advance payment less the cost of the materials purchased exclusively for your order. We provide supporting documents (receipts for the materials).
6.1.3.After tailoring has begun: a refund of the advance payment less the cost of the materials and the work performed as at the date of cancellation. The specific amount is agreed with you individually, with a breakdown of costs provided.
6.1.4.After production has been completed: no refund is made, provided that the garment conforms to the agreed order and is of proper quality. In the event of defects — the terms of Section 3 of this Policy apply.

7.Refund procedure

7.1.Once a decision on a refund has been taken, funds are returned:
7.2.Refund period: up to 10 business days from the date the decision on the refund is taken.
